Implementation of the Vancouver reference style. This style uses numeric in-text citations based on the order of the first appearance of a source in the text.

Could someone upload the Vancouver style with SUBSCRIPTS, please? The previous is obsolete and it is no longer accepted. Thanks.

Can you please add a version with non bracketed superscript? Like the one shown in the guidelines? Everything else is great.
