Changing separator between sources for iso690 square brackets

May 11, 2011 at 1:52 PM

Hi, I'm using Microsoft office 2007 and the iso 690 square brackets style (download from here).

In my report, some sentences have multiple sources eg. The data shows............ [1;2;4]

I would like to change the separator in the data from ; to , (which will result in [1,2,4])

Is there any way to do it? I am not good in XML and will appreciate if someone can walk me through it if changes need to be done at that level. Thanks! =)

See http://bibword.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=FAQ&referringTitle=Styles_FAQ#Q7

Basically look for the first line (  <xsl:if test="not(/b:Citation/b:LastAuthor)">  ), find the matching end tag (  </xsl:if>  ) which should only be 2 or 3 lines lower. Remove anything between those two lines. Finally, insert your own separator (  <xsl:text>,</xsl:text>  ) between those lines.
