Chicago Footnotes not working in Word 2011 for Mac 10.9

I am hoping someone can help me...

I downloaded the Chicago footnotes xsl and put it in the correct folder with the other 4 styles that come with the program. When I open Word, it does not recognize it--just a greyed-out "Unknown". Per an earlier post, I did modify the template by inserting-and-deleting a space at the beginning, but that had no effect.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The other styles available in the zip file appear to work just fine.

EDIT: I got it to appear by changing the first line from iso etc. to utf-8, and by copying the file from my downloads folder and pasting it into the styles folder. For some reason, it wasn't responding to the drag-and-drop. However, all my sources now say unspecified format. Do I need to re-enter my bibliography and start over?
