First time editor...

This is my first attempt at doing any editing of XSL files, so bear with me.

I wanted to create a style that would mimic a specific journal format (ACS). Used your template, and tried to save it as an XSL file in the same folder where the other styles are stored. Your guide was easy to follow, and I thought it had worked, but nothing shows up in Word (the template isn't visible) When I tried to reopen the file, I get the following error message:

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

End tag 'source' does not match the start tag 'importantfields'. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/...

What am I missing?

I have a backup copy of the style I made, but it is as a .txt file

Update: I think I fixed the
"End tag 'source' does not match the start tag 'importantfields'. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/..."
problem. Now the stylesheet will open in my internet browser, when I dbl click on it. But it still doesn't show up in the list of styles, in word.

Found my mistake(s), and got it working.
