How to change the style of the bibliography

Sep 24, 2012 at 8:23 PM

Hi,

I need to change the style in which the inserted bibliography is written.

For example, I want the reference authors written in bold, the publisher in italic , and the title between quotation marks.

How can I change the default format of the bibliography?

Thanks so much in advance.

Regards,

Aya.

The XSLTs output HTML. So if you want things like bold and italics, just use the basic HTML tags. Note that you should escape the < and > symbols using < and > . There are several styles which do this, use one of those as a guideline or check the examples at http://bibword.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=BibWord%20Format%20Strings&referringTitle=Documentation

Thank you so much for the reply.

Now I understood that I could use a string like:

{%Author:1|Title%.}{ %Year%.}{ %Title%.}{ <i>%JournalName%</i>.}

in order to format my bibliography.

However, i don't know where to write it, and how to apply.

I am currently using the ISO 690 Numerical Extension style of BibWord .

Thanks,

Aya
