Office 14: IEEE 2006 citiation, converts to initials (Argh!)

Hi. In Office 14, Word.
Citations and References
Style set to IEEE 2006.
Insert Citation.
Add new source.
Type = Interview (and others)
I enter Interviewee as "CompanyName, Title, Firstname Lastname", eg: Cxxxx, Txxxx, Fxxxx Lxxxx
But in bibliography it appears as T. F. L. Cxxxx.
I enter Interviewee as "Firstname Lastname, Title, CompanyName", eg: Fxxxx Lxxxx, Txxxx, Cxxxx
But in bibliography appears as T. C. Fxxxx Lxxxx.
I do NOT want anything converted to initials.
Much appreciate ideas how to do this (or how to work around strict IEEE rules!).

If they should be considered separate contributors (a bit of strange way of looking at Title) they should be entered as such. That means they should be separated using ";" and not ",". If you don't know how to enter names, then use the 'Edit...' button next to the field and fill in each item separately to prevent any unwanted formatting issues.
